HOW DOES SCHOOL OF SOCIAL FOR REAL ESTATE WORK?
School of Social is a social media course for real estate professionals delivered via your own private login to our gated online platform. The 8 course modules are presented in video format by Director of Chronicle Republic, Tiffany Wilson and are only accessible to course students. Each module has 3 to 4 video lessons.
You will have access to 8 modules in total which are designed to be completed over 8 weeks, however you will have access to your course for a total of 12 weeks, as we know that life can get in the way sometimes.
The course content will start once enrolment closes, each Monday we will release a new exciting module for you to start working on.
Enrolment for School of Social is only open for 2 weeks, 3 times per year. If you miss the enrolment cut off, unfortunately you will have to wait until the next round of enrolments in a few months. This allows us to ensure our students get the best possible experience as we can focus on their needs.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE?
Each module varies in length however you will need no longer than 2 hours per week to complete the course content.
You will receive a number of downloadable templates and worksheets to use throughout the course. You will have a total of 12 weeks to complete your course materials.
School of Social for Real Estate involves 8 modules delivered over 8 weeks as well as a number of templates, worksheets, bonus content and video tutorials to help you build your social media strategy and create engaging content.
- Module 1 - The power of social media
Don’t be limited by your lack of knowledge about social media. Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know! Find out why social media is so powerful and why it is so important to the success of the modern day real estate agent.
- Module 2 - How social media works
From explaining the algorithms and how business pages work, to which social media channels are best for real estate, this module will give you the foundations to get started.
- Module 3 - Creating your social media strategy
You will walk away from this powerful module with an actionable social media strategy to work with. Define realistic goals and metrics for your social media channels, outline visual and copy guidelines, understand who you are and what you stand for and get clear on who you are targeting. Includes access to our social media strategy template and worksheets to uncover your brand essentials and customer avatars.
- Module 4 - Planning your content
Struggling to post consistently on social media? You will complete this module with a ready to action content calendar (yes, we will give you a template and a number of example calendars) that will help you stay on track. We also share our process for creating content as quickly as possible - find out how to manage your social channels in under 30 minutes a day.
- Module 5 - Creating your content
Discover how to create content that stands out as we take you through the creative side of social media from photography, imagery and graphics to video content and hashtags for your brand.
- Module 6 - Paid promotions
With organic reach continuing to decline, it is so important for you to know how to create paid promotions to get in front of your ideal clients. Find out how much you should spend on ads, how to create the right target audiences and how to boost your posts correctly on Instagram and Facebook.
- Module 7 - Measuring results
How do you know if your efforts on social media are paying off? This is where you will learn what you need to improve on, which tools to use to track success and what metrics to look at. We will also teach you how to troubleshoot average results looking at the most common issues agents face.
- Module 8 - Developing your community
Our aim it to help you create a thriving online community. In this module you will learn how to manage your community and leverage every interaction with them. We will teach you our process for outreach on Instagram as well as how to handle negative feedback and complaints on social media with style and grace.
